Being tired is a skill. not eating or drinking or distracting yourself from being tired. JUST feeling tired and BEING with it. It is an important skill because if we can be really good at feeling tired/ feeling not our best then we can allow others to behave the way they behave and no react to it. We can stay true to what we want in our life, which is to not eat to feel better, to not drink to feel better, and also not to snap at others because we are frustrated about how we feel or what they are doing.
Practice being tired my friends. just feel it and allow your body to recharge as you give your body what it needs.
