Bare minimum for PMS

I share with you the way i have worked around my PMS and how i have learned to take care of myself.
 
The way you treat yourself during your pms will determine how you feel and if you hate your pms then you are probably not showing up in the most loving and supporting way for yourself or your kids.
 
Figuring this out will create a more loving relationship with your son.
